Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the Tilderu kvartāls website comfortably, including with a screen reader, a keyboard or enlarged text. The website is run by SIA "MM Properties" (reg. No. 44103122677).

In short
- We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA. No independent audit has been done yet, so we do not claim conformance.
- If something does not work for you, write to us and we will provide the information in another format.
1. What we have done
- Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link, so keyboard users do not have to tab through the whole menu.
- Each page declares its language (Latvian or English), and headings follow a clear order with one main heading per page.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The element selected with the keyboard is clearly highlighted.
- If "reduce motion" is turned on in your device settings, the website turns off or shortens animations.
- Apartment prices, areas and availability are also in the apartment table, which works without images.
2. Known limitations
- The 3D tour is a video without text. The order of the rooms and their areas are on each apartment page, in the floor plan and room list.
- The 360° view in the finish configurator is designed to be turned with a mouse or a finger. If you cannot use it, our sales team will help you put the choices together and send you a summary.
- The map on the quarter page comes from Google Maps; distances to schools, shops and the station are also listed as text on the same page.
- PDFs (floor plans, finish summary) may not be fully readable with a screen reader. On request, we will send them in another format.
3. How to report a problem
If you cannot use part of the website or some information is not accessible, write to info@tilderukvartals.lv or use the contact page. Tell us which page and what does not work, and we will reply and provide the information in another format.
