Work has begun on the third building, the first in the quarter with three stories and six apartments.
We have the building permit and have started the third building at Tilderu kvartāls, on Alūksnes iela 8.
It will be the first three-story building in the quarter, with six 3-room and 4-room apartments. The architecture is very close to Alūksnes iela 2, but here there is one block with three stories. Every apartment will have its own terrace and storage room.
What is already in the ground
After digging the pit, we laid the water supply, the sewer and the power connection. Then we started building the foundation outline from concrete blocks.
Next: an insulated foundation slab
The next job is the insulated foundation slab. It will also carry the underfloor heating, which every apartment has as its own, fully independent system.
This year, we also plan to lay a hard surface on Alūksnes iela.
