All three stories are up, and the topping-out wreath now sits at the highest point.
We celebrated the topping-out at Alūksnes iela 8. Tradition says that once the roof structure is complete, a wreath of oak or evergreen branches goes up at the highest point of the building. The wreath marks the work done and a safe, sound building.
This is our first three-story building, so this moment means a lot to us. Thank you to everyone working on it: the architects, engineers, designers and our construction crew.
What comes next
Next up are the exterior finish in the quarter's three signature tones and the work inside. We plan to complete the building in spring 2027.
